Following feedback from smaller landlords Advantage South West has reduced the amount that landlords with fewer than 2000 homes would pay to be part of our procurement consortium. We hope that this encourages smaller landlords to benefit from lower prices, good practice sharing and joining in with our CPD and legal update sessions.
