Housing Associations and Local Authorities with housing stock in the south west can join Advantage South West, becoming a Member. Membership currently includes 15 social housing landlord who own over 150,000 properties:

We award framework contracts to suppliers. These are frameworks for supply, services and works.
Members manage their own requirements under these frameworks placing orders, arranging deliveries and services and paying invoices themselves.
We are funded on a subscription basis paid by the Members and usually we don’t have rebates through the frameworks.
All our tendering opportunities are available on www.advantageswtenders.co.uk. A number of our Members also use this for their own purchasing requirements.
