Advantage South West was started in 2004 to increase the quality and consistency of homes built for social housing.
We developed a range of home designs and frameworks for off-site manufacture.
Over 3000 homes have been built to our designs. The designs are regularly refreshed and are available for any individual or organisation to use.
The flexibility afforded by off-site manufacture and innovative spatial planning has enabled us to produce a portfolio of plans, which offer a menu of options to meet all client design briefs and prevailing site conditions.
Designs offer a choice of narrow, medium and wide frontage homes, with options for internal layouts accommodating front or rear facing kitchens, lounge/diners or kitchen/diners and options to convert to 3 storeys by utilising truss free roof spaces all within standard footprints.
Some designs provide options for en-suite facilities.
